Description

• Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to analyze learning needs and design interactive eLearning solutions. • Develop course materials, including storyboards, scripts, and multimedia assets, following instructional design principles. • Develop high-quality multimedia assets, including graphics, animations, videos, and audio to enhance eLearning modules. • Record, edit, and integrate voiceovers, narration, and sound effects where needed. • Use tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) to create and edit multimedia content.

Requirements

• Proven experience (2-4 years) in eLearning development, multimedia production, or instructional design. • Proficiency in eLearning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or similar. • Strong multimedia design skills, including proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition). • Experience with video editing, motion graphics, and animation for eLearning. • Knowledge of instructional design models (ADDIE, SAM) and adult learning principles. • Understanding of SCORM, xAPI, or other eLearning standards. • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into engaging learning experiences. • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
