• Oversee and manage a team of recruiters focusing on leadership and operational efficiency. • Guide the recruiting team, foster a collaborative environment, and deliver top talent to clients. • Conduct team meetings and individual coaching sessions to support development and address performance issues. • Analyze recruitment data and metrics to assess team performance and optimize strategies. • Motivate the team to achieve targets in interviews, placements, and revenue. • Ensure compliance with guidelines and SOPs while identifying opportunities for improvement. • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
• Five years of experience in recruiting, sales, or other related areas. • Proven experience in a leadership position. • Possess an overall knowledge of business functions and understanding of services, business strategy, policies and procedures, and job’s impact to the organization. • Work with electronic hardware and software applications specific to the role. • Work independently, see business needs and proactively accomplish them for the betterment of their team and the organization. • Analyze work, set goals, develop plans of action, utilize time. • Proactively obtain and share information tailored to the audience. • Create a motivating climate, achieve teamwork, train, and develop, measure work in progress, take corrective action. • Engage effectively in dialogue.
