📋 Description

• As an AI Research Engineer on the AIDA team, you will design, build, and enhance AIDA's knowledge architecture, focusing on scalability for extracting knowledge from unstructured data, deep analytical reasoning, and integration with large language models. • Work closely with end-product teams to refine AIDA's capabilities and lead a team of engineers focused on advancing knowledge-driven AI. • Expand and scale AIDA’s knowledge architecture, enabling robust knowledge extraction and reasoning capabilities from unstructured data sources. • Integrate knowledge structures with large language models within an agentic architecture for accurate question answering, reporting, and analysis within AIDA’s environment. • Oversee collaborations with data annotation teams to curate high-quality datasets, essential for building reliable models for knowledge construction.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience. • Proven experience in designing and developing a knowledge architecture. • Strong grasp of Backend languages: Python, C#, Java; Database systems: Lucene, PostgreSQL, Qdrant; Containerization and orchestration: Docker, Kubernetes; CI/CD tools: GitHub Actions, CircleCI, Gradle. • Background in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to quickly incorporate feedback and uphold high-quality standards.
