• Responsible for day-to-day SCCM Administration • Responsible for packaging software installs for deployment • Responsible for filing, seeking approval, and executing changes • Expected to monitor and resolve issues with SCCM environment • Expected to monitor and resolve issues that occur in the general server environment • Close assigned tasks in a timely manner • Continually seeks ways to improve services, including automating tasks • Participate in on call support
• 2+ years’ experience managing SCCM in an enterprise environment • Strong knowledge of windows update troubleshooting and processes • Experience creating applications for deployment in SCCM • Strong troubleshooting skills • Able to self-manage and complete tasks with minimal oversight • Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to solve complex issues • Strong knowledge of industry standard IT processes and procedures including ITIL standards • Nice to have: Experience with Active Directory management • Nice to have: Experience with VMware ESX • Nice to have: Experience with ServiceNow
