Description
• Beratung unserer Kunden in Bezug auf die technische und funktionale Implementierung von SAP SuccessFactors • Eigenverantwortliche Umsetzung kundenindividueller Konfigurationen sowie die Durchführung von Workshops und Schulungen • Analyse, Beratung, Konzeption und Implementierung von Recruiting und/oder Onboarding • Unterstützung im Rahmen von Pre-Sales Aktivitäten
Requirements
• Nachgewiesene Erfahrung in Implementierungsprojekten in Recruiting und Onboarding • Mindestens eine SAP-SuccessFactors-Zertifizierung in RCM/RMK und/oder Onboarding 2.0, EC wünschenswert • Lernbereitschaft, Eigenständigkeit und ein ausgeprägter Teamgedanke • Ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung • Kommunikationsstärke • Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse, sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse wünschenswert
