• The role encompasses driving marketing operations and expanding Standart’s subscriber base in Japan. • Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to adapt strategies for the Japanese market. • Manage Standart Japan's Instagram and participate in coffee-related events in Japan. • Prepare monthly reports on subscriber growth and marketing activities.
🎯 Requirements
• Currently residing in Japan, or a willingness to relocate to Japan. • Native Japanese speaker with strong written and verbal communication skills in English (equivalent to CEFR B2 or higher). • 2-3 years of experience in marketing, or a strong portfolio showcasing relevant skills. • A self-driven, adaptable individual with a results-oriented mindset. • Understanding of key marketing concepts, such as customer acquisition, engagement, and brand-building. • A passion for coffee or interest in learning about the coffee industry is a plus but not required.
