β€’ Provide administrative and operational support across key HR functions at Equality Now β€’ Assist with administrative payroll reporting, ensuring compliance with state and organizational requirements β€’ Support HRIS data entry, updates, and system improvements β€’ Assist in refining and improving recruitment processes and documentation β€’ Maintain job postings, track applications, and coordinate interview logistics β€’ Support policy audits and assist in drafting gathering data to ensure compliance with international legal and organizational standards β€’ Assist in preparing and maintaining documentation for audits and internal PC reviews β€’ Perform other related duties as assigned or as needs are discovered, including exploring innovative solutions utilizing AI tools to streamline HR processes and improve operational efficiency

🎯 Requirements

β€’ Minimum of 1 year of experience in HR, administrative support, or compliance-related roles β€’ Experience working with HRIS systems and data management tools is essential β€’ Previous exposure to talent management, recruitment processes, and employee engagement initiatives is desirable β€’ Familiarity with nonprofit organizations or global NGOs is a plus β€’ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HRIS systems β€’ Demonstrated ability to utilize data management tools effectively for HR reporting and analysis β€’ Familiarity with AI tools that can streamline HR processes is an advantage β€’ Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively β€’ Demonstrated attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in HR documentation and reporting β€’ Ability to handle deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment, particularly during transition phases β€’ Strong follow-through skills with the ability to take initiative and ensure tasks are completed to a high standard β€’ Excellent written and verbal communication skills β€’ Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams β€’ Understanding of US HR-related regulatory requirements and compliance standards β€’ Ability to conduct research on best practices related to HR policies and make informed recommendations for improvements β€’ Ability to perform other related duties as assigned or as needs are discovered, showcasing flexibility and a proactive approach β€’ Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically in order to overcome challenges
