Description

•Become a part of our SSAI platform team. •Work closely with developers and operations teams to improve stability and security. •Support the company in enhancing the Server-Side Ad Insertion platform. •Analyze feature requests and develop implementation strategies. •Provide first or second-level support for B2B customers. •Perform root cause analysis for critical incidents. •Report bugs and assist in finding solutions. •Analyze incoming data for new channels and critical issues. •Support operations in channel setup and issue analysis. •Check QA findings for testing procedures or bugs.

Requirements

•3+ years of experience in working with media streaming technologies (IPTV, OTT, HbbTV, MPEG-TS, HLS, DASH or similar). •Mastery of video and audio codecs, packaging formats, and data transfer of A/V content including video and audio encoding configuration with professional and open-source tools. •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. •Team player attitude with a strong customer service orientation. •Fluent English both spoken and written (B2 level, and above). •Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Python, Bash) or frameworks (e.g. Node.JS, React, etc.) is nice to have. •Experience with video player development is nice to have. •Familiarity with different DRM systems is nice to have. •Experience in the configuration of CDN systems is nice to have. •Worked with web technologies as the underlying architecture for video streaming is nice to have.
