Description

• Project manager with experience of transferring operational capability off-shore as well as driving the implementation of a new target operating model. • Develop and manage a detailed delivery plan, including identification of delivery resources required. • Manage the key activity workstreams required to support the delivery plan. • Develop and agree reporting requirements, and use this to monitor and report upon the key activities, milestones and dependencies impacting the plan. • Manage the key assumptions and dependencies underpinning the plan. • Manage the delivery risks relating to the plan. • Monitor and manage the resource plan and costs for the project. • Ensure agreed governance for the programme is followed in line with the agreed structure. • Prepare a detailed activity schedule for any subsequent project phases.

Requirements

• Financial Services experience, ideally Pensions Domain Expertise • Demonstrable Project Management experience • Desirable experience of global operations • Desirable experience of implementing Operating Models
