Requirements
• 8+ years of experience in a leadership role managing large behavioral health teams. • Preferred degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or related field. • Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. • Strong ability to build relationships and lead across different organization levels. • Demonstrated success in identifying and solving complex problems. • Team builder and champion of a positive, collaborative work culture. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Excellent oral and written communication skills. • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment.
Benefits
