🎯 Requirements

• 10-15 years of professional experience in managing consulting projects and project teams, with a preference for prior experience in the circular economy or environmental consulting • Previous experience with government contracting or supporting state and federal programs is highly preferred • Master's degree in environmental science/management, engineering, or a related field (Circular Economy, Sustainability) is preferred; Bachelor’s degree with sufficient relevant work experience will also be considered • Strong background in environmental science, engineering, economics, policy analysis, or a related technical field, with demonstrated experience applying circular economy principles • Experience working directly with clients and supporting business development and proposal preparation • Passion for data-driven sustainability analysis, including expertise in life cycle assessments (LCA) • Experience with organics/food waste management and batteries is a plus • Proven ability to organize and lead small teams in a collaborative, fast-paced environment • Familiarity with a wide range of data sources relevant for environmental and policy analysis, with the ability to engage experts for research • Strong problem-solving, systems thinking, and critical thinking skills, with intellectual curiosity to tackle complex and poorly defined challenges • Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present technical information to non-technical audiences • Strong time management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
