📋 Description

• This is a remote, work from home position. • The selected candidate will ideally live near a large metropolitan area. • Extensive travel is required. • A company car with paid gas card will be provided. • Strong focus in production, relationship management, and recruiting. • Manages the relationships and performance of third-party vendors in the Medicare Supplement line of business. • Maintains in-depth knowledge of Erie Family Life's products and industry trends. • Engages with the field to drive production and partnership with National Marketing organization.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and six years Medicare product-specific related experience. • Associate's degree and eight years of related experience required. • High school diploma or GED and ten years of related experience required. • Supervisory experience preferred. • Proficiency with word processing, spreadsheet and database software required. • Successful completion of CPCU, AIM, and other related supervisory management courses preferred.
