• Reporting & Data Analysis: Compile and analyse data from various digital marketing channels (Google Analytics, Google Search Console, social media platforms, CRM and third party agency reports) to produce weekly and monthly performance updates. • SEO & PPC Assistance: Liaise with our third party SEO and PPC agency to assist with client side needs such as proofreading and editing ad content. Assist in the development of compelling SEO-optimised content for blogs, website landing pages, email campaigns and whitepapers, including liaising with internal experts for copywriting needs. • Website Management: Maintain and update website content using our Content Management System (CMS - Wordpress) to create and publish blog posts and landing pages, ensuring optimal user experience and SEO integration. • Social Media Management: Produce and post regular content for social media platforms, and evaluate new platforms that could be beneficial to business goals. • Competitor & Market Analysis: Provide insights into competitors’ content strategies, digital advertising, and promotional activities, and identify areas for growth. • Event Marketing Support: Coordinate the procurement of printed marketing materials, liaising with vendors and ensuring quality and timely delivery. Assist with event logistics and the execution of event marketing campaigns and follow ups. • Email Marketing: Assist in the development and execution of email marketing campaigns, including content creation, segmentation, and automated scheduling. • Ad Hoc Marketing & Business Development Support: Provide additional support to our marketing and business development efforts including administrative tasks, data analysis and cross functional collaboration.
• Minimum of 1-2 years in a digital marketing role, with experience in website management and content marketing. • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail. • Strong written and verbal communication abilities. • Proficiency in CMS platforms (e.g. WordPress) • Understanding of SEO principles, tools and content optimisation. • Understanding of marketing analytics and reporting. • Strong copyediting and proofreading skills. • Experience managing social media platforms desirable • Excellent project management, multitasking, and attention to detail. • Interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively and proactively within a team. • A proactive attitude and ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
