Description

β€’ Responsible for successful production support for Benefits module and HCM modules. β€’ Act as lead consultant on various client engagements. β€’ Understand client business requirements and assist with design, configuration, and testing. β€’ Support clients during Annual Events (Talent/Performance, Merit, Open Enrollment, etc.). β€’ Partner with Engagement Managers and Sales teams, staying informed about project statuses and serving as a Subject Matter Expert. β€’ Build strong relationships with clients through trust and exceptional service.

Requirements

β€’ Minimum of three years of experience as a Workday Benefits lead consultant at a Workday partner firm. β€’ Experience in Advanced Comp and/or Recruiting is strongly preferred. β€’ Workday Partner Certifications: HCM Core, Benefits AND at least one of these: Advanced Comp, Recruiting, Learning, Talent/Performance. β€’ Employment contingent upon obtaining a Workday Launch certification. β€’ Must be able to troubleshoot or navigate Workday Security and build custom reports. β€’ Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. β€’ Excellent verbal and written communication skills. β€’ Detailed understanding of Workday HCM processes and best practices. β€’ Ability to work independently and in teams.
