Description
• Conexon works with Rural Electric Cooperatives (REC’s) to construct fiber to the home (FTTH) networks. • Offers clients comprehensive broadband deployment and operations support. • Services include financial analysis, securing financing, network design, project management, operational support, business optimization, and determining optimal partnerships. • Seeks a versatile individual with a strong background in qualitative and quantitative analysis, project research, planning, and execution.
Requirements
• Required GIS Certification or 1 year of GIS work experience. • Foundational knowledge of GIS & cartography. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Detail-oriented with proficient time management. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. • Excellent time-management. • Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve independently. • Preferred Proficiency in Adobe. • Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills. • Familiarity with object-relational database management systems (PostgreSQL) and geospatial databases (PostGIS) • Knowledge of telecommunications. • Foundational knowledge of SQL. • Previous experience in grant administration or compliance
