Description
• As a front-line Brand Ambassador, you will represent the Resideo Brand within Security, Comfort and Connected Home Distributor accounts! • Through your outstanding customer service skills, you will foster client satisfaction by maintaining regular customer contact and exceeding customer expectations. • You will develop and nurture customer relationships and increase product awareness through education of Resideo products attending trade shows, seminars, workshops and similar events.
Requirements
• 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role as a Brand Ambassador, Customer Service Representative, or similar • A valid driver's license and the ability to successfully pass a Motor Vehicle Record Check (MVR) • The ability to lift a minimum of 30 pounds
