Description

• As a fractional CFO, provide financial information to assist client company decision-making. • Oversee enterprise accounting, ensuring proactive solutions in startup accounting. • High degree of flexibility, focus on CFO-level work with a global team. • Support diverse mix of businesses while building strong client relationships. • Provide counsel to leadership on financial and business issues. • Input on financial implications of major business decisions. • Manage offshore team in financial reporting and budgeting. • Lead treasury function and optimize cash flow. • Identify opportunities for cost reduction and systems enhancement. • Oversee Corporate Governance and internal controls. • Manage relationships with auditors and tax preparers.

Requirements

• 10+ years in a financial role with at least 3+ years as a CFO. • Experience working with Venture- and Private Equity-backed companies. • Strong understanding of equity and debt financing. • Proven track record in supporting growth using strong analytical skills. • Experience leading financial budgeting and planning process. • Ability to oversee corporate accounting functions. • Understanding of financial compliance requirements. • Above average knowledge of GAAP. • High energy and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments. • Experience managing external relationships and overseeing risk management. • Experience in mergers, acquisitions, and due diligence processes. • Strong partnership skills across functional roles.
