Description

• As a fractional controller you could spend a few hours a month up to full time availably applying your technical and account management skill set across a variety of clients and industries. • The primary objective of the Fractional Controller within our Consumer Practice is to oversee enterprise accounting and provide financial information about client company’s activities that will assist the client and its shareholders in making economic company decisions. • This position is proactive and solution oriented, offering depth of experience to our clients in the fast-paced world of start-up accounting. • This role reports to the CFO & Head of Consumer Practice.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance required. • 7+ years of accounting experience in a fast-paced environment. • 2 or more years of CPG/Consumer goods industry. • High proficiency in US GAAP (specifically in areas of COGS, Inventory, Revenue Recognition). • Exceptional Leadership and team management skills, preferably globally focused leveraging an offshore team. • Sophisticated depth of communication, analytical, and time management skills. • Ability to be a trusted advisor to our clients. • Ability to multi-task efficiently from a remote work environment. • Maintain high attention to detail and strict deadlines. • Advanced knowledge of Quickbooks Online, Netsuite and Microsoft suite, especially excel. • CPA and/or Master’s Degree preferred.
