Description

• What does it mean to be a Fractional Controller within the Escalon team? • As a fractional CFO you could spend a few hours a month up to full time applying your technical and account management skill set across a variety of clients and industries. • The primary objective of the Fractional Controller is to oversee enterprise accounting and provide financial information about client company’s activities that will assist in making economic decisions. • Responsibilities include serving as liaison for sales proposals, improving workflow, and mentoring finance team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance required • 7+ years of accounting experience in a fast-paced environment • High proficiency in US GAAP • Exceptional Leadership and team management skills, preferably globally focused leveraging an offshore team • Sophisticated depth of communication, analytical, and time management skills • Ability to be a trusted advisor to our clients • Ability to multi-task efficiently from a remote work environment • Maintain high attention to detail and strict deadlines • Advanced knowledge of accounting software and Microsoft suite, especially excel • CPA and/or Master’s Degree preferred
