Description

• ESI is looking for a high-performing and self-motivated SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) with strong Healthcare software solution expertise. • Work closely with engineering, infrastructure, and product teams. • Ongoing interaction with a variety of end-users and internal stakeholders. • Design, develop, conduct unit testing, and maintain complex SSRS reports for scalability, manageability, extensibility, performance, and re-use. • Provide technical expertise in areas of architecture, design, and implementation. • Resolve support tickets related to SSRS reports, including SQL. • Responsible for coaching, mentoring, and developing team members. • Report Development Certification is a plus.

Requirements

• Ability to interpret technical or dashboard structure and translate complex business requirements into technical specifications. • Advanced knowledge of SSRS with strong knowledge of other reporting tools such as Tableau, Business Objects, Crystal Reports, or Power Bi, for best practices in scalability, performance, content management and governance. • Advanced understanding of SQL, relational database management system, data modeling, and normalization with an advanced knowledge understanding of data extraction mechanisms and data warehousing concepts. • Strong development skills in SSRS, data analytics and visualizations. • May be required to work extended hours for special business needs.
