•At EFG (ESL FACEIT Group) we create worlds beyond gameplay where players and fans become community. •We pride ourselves in having a corporate social responsibility which is that "IT’S NOT GG (Good Game), UNTIL IT’S GG FOR ALL". •In the role of Community Partnerships Associate, you will report to the Manager, Creator Partnerships EMEA, and play a crucial role in developing and maintaining robust relationships with gaming communities. •Your key responsibilities will include Community Onboarding and Relationship Building, Community Management and Support, Community Discovery and Analytics, Strategic and Commercial Management, and Competition Organization and Support.

Requirements

•2+ years of professional experience in gaming or esports, ideally within creator or community-related positions •Strong knowledge and understanding of Counter-Strike and/or Overwatch 2 ecosystems •Deep understanding and enthusiasm for competitive gaming •Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal •High attention to detail and commitment to quality and accuracy •Creative approach and ability to foster collaboration •Proficiency in Google Suite (Sheets, Docs, Slides) •Capability to allocate time effectively across various projects with prioritization
