• At EFG (ESL FACEIT Group) we create worlds beyond gameplay where players and fans become a community. • With more than 26m users playing 30m matches every month, FACEIT is the leading competitive gaming platform. • In the role of Community Partnerships Manager, you will report to the Senior Manager, Creator Partnerships and play a crucial role in developing and maintaining robust relationships with gaming communities. • Initiate and develop new partnerships with gaming communities, guiding their integration with FACEIT focused on Counter-Strike 2 and Overwatch 2. • Maintain and enhance long-term relationships with community leaders, offering ongoing support to ensure community success on our platform. • Collaborate with other teams within ESL FACEIT Group to ensure a holistic approach to community support and development. • Handle commercial and account management responsibilities with key partners. • Analyze data to understand community needs and develop innovative strategies and ideas. • Oversee contract negotiations and agreements with partners and manage payment processes related to partnerships. • Oversee and manage a small team, ensuring their tasks are aligned with the team’s goals.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience in gaming or esports, ideally within creator or community-related positions • Strong knowledge and understanding of Counter-Strike and/or Overwatch 2 ecosystems • Deep understanding and enthusiasm for the competitive gaming • High attention to detail and commitment to quality and accuracy • Creative approach and ability to foster collaboration • Strong analytical and organizational skills • Proficiency in Google Suite (Sheets, Docs, Slides) • Capability to allocate time effectively across various projects with prioritization • Strong presentation-building skills • Fluency in English • Prior experience working directly with community leaders on a digital platform • Previous experience as a FACEIT user or an organizer • Proficiency in languages other than English
