• At ESL FaceIt Group, we create worlds beyond gameplay, enhancing esports community. • We enable and empower the esports industry for more than two decades. • Join our Performance Marketing team as a CRM Email Marketing Specialist. • Design, execute, and optimize CRM campaigns to enhance engagement, retention, and revenue. • Manage end-to-end delivery of multi-channel campaigns across marketing teams. • Optimize customer lifecycle touchpoints and campaign calendar.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in email marketing - CRM campaign building is a plus. • A background in maximizing email engagement metrics. • Experience collaborating with multiple stakeholders across different disciplines. • An understanding of how performance marketing can drive commercial KPI’s. •Excellent communication and organizational skills. • Fluent command of spoken and written English (mandatory)
