Requirements

•University Degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, Media Design, Journalism, or equivalent experience in marketing, content agency, or promotion. •5+ years of experience in marketing or agency work, with a proven track record in running integrated media campaigns and producing creative content. •Demonstrated experience collaborating with creative teams, content producers, media agencies, product management, and external stakeholders. •Experience engaging younger audiences in digital and event spaces, ideally within the context of esports, gaming, entertainment, or sports. •Strong understanding of media consumption behavior and content marketing strategies. •Experience working with intercultural teams and diverse audiences. •Excellent English copywriting skills. •Foundational knowledge in designing and creating consumer-facing marketing collateral. •Proficiency in developing presentation materials and crafting comprehensive marketing plans. •Ability to plan, execute, and measure digital marketing campaigns, including content planning and performance analytics. •Solid understanding of consumer analytics and audience segmentation. •In-depth knowledge of esports content offerings across multiple game titles.
