• Serve as a leader in tech • Partner with stakeholders to foster adoption of data platform • Contribute to team technical strategy through prioritization and delivery management • Set high standards across documentation, testing, resiliency, monitoring, and code quality • Drive towards efficiencies and simplify code, infrastructure, and data models • Write well-rounded, reusable, and documented code • Construct complex architectures tying multiple services and SaaS tooling together • Exemplify team values and nurture a blameless culture • Inspire and guide team members

Requirements

• Hands-on experience supporting the infrastructure for an efficient ML workflow • Experience in building resilient batch and streaming data pipelines at scale (> 1 TB/day) • Advocate for best practices of CI/CD • Build and maintain infrastructure through IaC • Preach operational procedures from data and infrastructure observability • Fluent in one or more high-level programming languages (Python, Scala) • Some experience in data modeling • Experience shaping the architecture of a mature ML Ops solution • Experience running PoCs, planning large migrations of data and code • Served as a leader in technology
