🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a research analyst or in a similar analytical role. • Track record of delivering research projects with significant, measurable business outcomes. • Experience formulating hypotheses and designing experiments, including T-tests, Chi-Square, ANOVA, A/B testing, matched pairs, etc. • Skilled in analyzing and generating insights from diverse data sets, such as transactional data, survey data, and unstructured text data. Familiarity with industry-specific data sources and APIs is a plus. • Proficiency in SQL and Python or R for data extraction, transformation, cleaning, and analysis. • Experience conducting Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA) to identify patterns and anomalies within large datasets. • Strong knowledge of statistical methods and the ability to apply them effectively, including regression, time series, non-parametric analysis, clustering, Bayesian inference, etc. • Ability to synthesize research findings and craft compelling narratives. • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences. • Experience building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders, earning their trust through frequent communication and consistently high-quality deliverables. • Culture eats strategy for breakfast - You like to have a good time while getting things done.
