• Provide overall management and coordination of wellness programs • Responsible for programming success • Oversee program administration, operations, evaluation, and client experience • Provide guidance to program staff and ensure goals are met • Collaborate with the CEO to improve operations
Requirements
• Holistic health mindset and approach • Competent with G-Suite, Microsoft Suite, especially Excel, Canva • Post-secondary in Kinesiology, health sciences or related field • Current fitness instructor/personal trainer certification • Minimum 2+ years of direct management experience • Minimum 1-2 years of previous experience as a trainer/instructor, corporate wellness specialist, or related position • Minimum 1-3 years of program management experience (corporate environment preferred) • Experience with Wellness Living or Mind Body is considered an asset
