📋 Description

•Democratize Access To Credit •Together we’ll dismantle barriers to housing for working families and use data to eliminate the racial wealth gap. •The Risk & Compliance Associate will participate in activities to implement risk management and compliance programs including evaluating, managing and monitoring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements and exposures to enterprise and operational risks across all business areas. •This is a great opportunity to make an impact at an early stage startup and help build and implement a robust risk management & compliance program. •Support organizational compliance with applicable policies through regular risk exposure monitoring and reporting. •Support the development, maintenance and revision of policies, procedures, manuals. •Assist in the technical writing of department and enterprise level policies, procedures, manuals, as needed and maintain records of any policy changes. •Assist in the continued efforts to train and foster a healthy risk and compliance culture across the company.

🎯 Requirements

•Degree in a related field (Business, Finance, Accounting) •At least 3 years experience in a risk, audit and compliance or equivalent role. •Familiar with implementing risk and compliance frameworks and taxonomies •Demonstrated ability to use GRC tools, Google Suite, VBA, Macros, Visualizations tools, etc. •Experience in data analysis, or data management, or data quality assurance •Other technical skills such as SQL, Python programming will also be viewed positively •Ability to build quantitative models and scenarios •Familiarity with Google workspace, Atlassian (Opsegenie, Confluence) and GRC tools (such as Vanta, Protecht)
