Requirements
• In-depth understanding of financial regulations, including AML, CFT, KYC, and data privacy laws. • Familiarity with the regulatory landscape for digital assets at various levels. • Experience in conducting risk assessments and implementing effective internal controls. • Expertise in creating and overseeing robust AML/CFT compliance programs. • Knowledge of conducting internal audits and identifying compliance gaps.
