📋 Description
• Define a comprehensive communication plan to ensure that all relevant project information is communicated to the team and stakeholders in a timely and effective manner • Oversee resource acquisition and management, ensuring that all necessary resources are available and efficiently utilized throughout the project lifecycle • Provide regular project team meetings, including kick-offs, mid-term reviews, and project close-outs, to ensure alignment and continued progress • Implement project management tools and techniques, such as agile methodologies, to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of project delivery • Evaluate project team performance and provide ongoing feedback and support to promote professional development and continuous improvement
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field • Proven project management experience, particularly in software development • Thorough knowledge of project management methodologies, tools and techniques, including Scrum, Agile and Waterfall • Excellent leadership and communication skills, both verbal and written • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and resolve issues and conflicts effectively • Ability to motivate and lead cross-functional and geographically dispersed teams • Project management certification such as PMP or Prince2 is a plus
