📋 Description
• Design compelling and effective designs across various digital and print mediums; including website banners, PDP carousel imagery, social media posts and stories, digital ads, emails, in-store signage, ecomm mailers, brand decks, and more • Explore creative solutions and concepts that are visually inspiring, impactful, and conceptually sound based on project briefs provided by the Marketing team • Maintain our design asset library through Figma and Box • Explore new and exciting ways to use, reuse, and remix our photo and video content to make the most out of our assets • Collaborate with the Design Director to protect our brand guidelines and produce visually consistent content across our platforms
🎯 Requirements
• 3-5 years of experience in Graphic Design or related; ideally with beauty and/or D2C brands • A polished portfolio that shows strong conceptual and technical design skills applied across a range of mediums • Fluent with the Adobe Creative Suite & Figma • Experienced in core design fundamentals including typography, branding, composition, color theory, and brand guidelines with great attention to detail and consistency • A proactive, clear communicator that can anticipate questions, independently assess solutions, and think critically and creatively problem solve • Supremely organized and exercise stellar time-management skills • Confident and collaborative creator with a keen attention to detail, and follow-through executed at a high level of craftsmanship • Experience in After Effects and other applicable motion software is a plus
