📋 Description

• Ensuring all supplier invoices are captured in the system and coded for approval (Concur) • Ensuring all employee expenses are coded accurately with relevant information • Chase approvals and outstanding invoices • Query new invoices and manage the onboarding process for new suppliers • Importing invoices and expenses into our accounting system (FinancialForce) • Creating monthly payment files and ensuring bank details are accurate and up to date • Cash matching payments paid against invoices / expenses • Creating new employee accounts and providing training for new users • Management of Accounts Payable system • Assisting with preparation of the creditor reports • Managing the finance inbox • Ad-hoc projects with the Group Financial Controller

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Finance or Accounting • High attention to detail is essential • IT and systems skills, in particular MS Excel • Proactive self-starter who can use their own initiative • Self-motivated, organised and capable • Efficient problem solver • Comfortable in fast growth/dynamic environment • Experience of working in an international business • Exposure to working in multi-currencies • Familiar with Concur, Salesforce (CRM), FinancialForce (accounting platform) • An understanding of core accounting principles and ideally working towards a recognized qualification. • Previous experience in an accounts payable role is a plus, but not a requirement – we’ll provide full training and support.
