• Responsible for coordinating administrative activities of the Center • Preparing, executing, and tracking project contracts • Maintaining information systems • Scheduling and documenting project meetings • Supporting partner communication and contract reporting

Requirements

• Master’s degree or MPH or equivalent in related field • Minimum of five years’ experience • Minimum of three years’ experience as Project Coordinator • Strong skills in group facilitation and presentation • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Highly developed people skills; • Proficient with MS Office, Outlook and supporting applications • Experience overseeing the work of consultants or subcontractors • Ability to balance the completion of designated project tasks with routine duties
