• Design high-performing ad creatives, including both static images and video content. • Develop static ads with a high-fidelity or native Instagram aesthetic. • Produce engaging videos featuring simple animations, customer testimonials, UGC, and AI voiceovers. • Collaborate closely with our Marketing team in Germany, while also working with teams in Australia and the UK. • Demonstrate expert proficiency in Figma for designing intuitive and pixel-perfect digital experiences. • Build trust in our healthcare brands through user-friendly and delightful design. • Retouch images and create icons using Adobe Creative Suite to enhance visual appeal.
• 3+ years experience working as a designer at an agency or studio or another Startup/Scale up. • A strong portfolio demonstrating a wide range of digital design capabilities. • Native-equivalent German proficiency, strong English skills (B2+ level). • Deep understanding of the principles of graphic design. • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. • Thorough knowledge of the Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and video editing. • Exceptional attention to detail. • Ability to get buy-in from key stakeholders; working in a team. • Track record of bringing people on the journey with you.
