Description

• Collaborate directly with Marketing team in Germany and international teams. • Design and develop intuitive, pixel-perfect website and landing page experiences. • Focus on conversion rate optimisation (CRO) enhancing user-centric experiences. • Use Figma to transform briefs or lo-fi wireframes into high-fidelity designs. • Enhance current corporate identity while maintaining brand integrity.

Requirements

• 3+ years experience as a UX designer at an agency or studio or another Startup/Scale up. • Communicate fluently in German - written and verbally. • Good English skills (B2+ Level). • Strong portfolio showing breadth of digital design capabilities. • Deep understanding of graphic design principles. • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. • Thorough knowledge of Figma and Adobe Creative Suite. • Exceptional attention to detail. • Ability to get buy-in from key stakeholders; team-oriented. • Track record of bringing people along on projects.
