🎯 Requirements

• Experience leading high-impact product initiatives in both large product organization and smaller scrappier startup environments. • Previous experience leading product development teams including mentoring and coaching, hiring and performance management. • Experience integrating user input, executive feedback, and industry insights into a cohesive strategy. • A strong product sense, a track record of finding useful and elegant solutions to product problems. • Ability to lead and inspire teams through team-building, collaborative problem solving, and driving consensus. • World-class written and spoken communication skills, the ability to distill complex concepts into a precise and concise frame. • An understanding of how web applications are architected and built, and implications for how products are built.
