Description
•Analyzing, refining, and documenting user and system requirements; •Communicating with client and internal stakeholders; •Leading workshops and decision-making process; •Perform software testing, user training, handling 3rd-level support requests and maintaining documentation; •Participating in project management and reporting activities.
Requirements
•University Degree preferably in Computer science, scientific area, or economics; •Motivated, analytical, communicative, result-oriented; •Experience in requirement engineering, software testing, support and/or software development; •Knowledge of UML, XML / XSD, SQL, usability, and accessibility is an asset; •Fluency in German (C1+).
