• Involved in the whole life cycle of projects • Acting as Business Analyst, Requirements Engineer, Software Tester, Technical Writer, Trainer and Project Assistant • Eliciting, analyzing, refining and managing requirements • Software application testing, documentation, user training, and support • Client communication • Participation in project management and reporting activities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field or equivalent work experience • Working knowledge in process modelling and functional/non-functional requirements • Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented collaborative environment • Fluency in English • Minimum 1 year related experience in a Software development project • Knowledge of UML, BPMN, XML, XSD, SQL, usability, and accessibility aspects of Web applications is an asset
