• Responsible for planning, developing and implementing HR strategies including recruitment and talent management. • Partner with business leaders for consistent employment conditions. • Handle recruitment cycle from position description to offer letter. • Be responsible for talent management and update talent funnel. • Manage HR issues in business lines and support performance evaluations.
🎯 Requirements
• Over 20 years of professional experience • More than 10 years of HR experience, particularly in recruitment and talent management • Comfortable working under pressure • High level of emotional intelligence • Proactive with the ability to drive change • Strong business acumen and numeracy • Master’s degree • Native Japanese and business level English • Good communication and presentation skills
