• Lead the evolution of Eventbase’s industry-leading event technology platform • Drive product roadmap to improve offerings and meet market opportunities • Collaborate with teams to design, develop, test, and deliver products • Understand the market, competitors, and partners to create a differentiated offering • Engage with customers to understand their problems and educate them on features • Participate in strategy sessions with the Executive team to represent product vision • Attend key events to gather insights on attendee experiences
Requirements
• 8+ years of product management experience building a highly configurable software product • 4+ years of experience managing a team • Experience using Agile (CSM or CSPO certifications) • Proven success in executing strategy and vision in a product-focused company • Create a process to prove, forecast, and capture ROI on product initiatives • Understanding of technical capabilities, ideally with education or experience in mobile technology • Ability to communicate a clear vision and build excitement for the product • Exceptional public speaking and presentation skills • Team player attitude that prioritizes mutual success • Strong stakeholder management skills • Event industry experience is a significant asset • Adaptability to change, speed, and flexibility in the event industry
