• Manage stakeholder relationships and diverse contract structures • Draft and negotiate contracts • Advise on contractual rights and issues • Develop legal processes for team efficiency • Provide practical support for business initiatives • Conduct legal research to stay updated on relevant developments

Requirements

• J.D. degree and membership in at least one state bar • 4-5 years of combined experience practicing law at a global law firm and/or in-house legal department at a technology company • Experience supporting a sales team • Experience with SaaS contracts • Experience with data protection terms in contracts, including data processing agreements • Strong negotiating skills • Sharp drafting and reading comprehension skills • Ability to communicate information accurately and completely • Strong problem-solving abilities • Collaborative team player
