• Lead Demand Generation team to own customer acquisition efforts by designing and executing multi-channel demand generation campaigns that drive leads and revenue. • Create and optimise email marketing campaigns to nurture prospects and re-engage existing customers. • Develop and refine the lifecycle journey, ensuring prospects move seamlessly through the funnel and into sales conversations. • Collaborate closely with the sales org to ensure a strong alignment between demand generation efforts and lead quality/quantity expectations. • Use data and insights to continuously optimize campaign performance, from segmentation and targeting to creative and messaging.
• 7+ years of experience in demand generation or Inbound Marketing, ideally in a B2B or sales-led organization. • University BA/BS degree. • Proven expertise in email marketing and lifecycle campaigns, with a strong understanding of nurturing and engagement strategies. • Experience running multi-channel demand generation campaigns, including paid media, organic channels, and partnerships. • Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work seamlessly with Sales, Marketing Ops and other teams to align goals and efforts. • Proficiency in marketing automation platforms and CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot). • A data-driven and experimental mindset with a track record of using analytics to optimise campaigns and demonstrate ROI. • Experience working in cross-functional growth teams is a bonus. • Hands-on experience with Salesforce is a plus.
