📋 Description

• Own design projects and align them with Eventbrite’s broader vision. • Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and researchers to define problems and create user-centered solutions. • Solve complex design challenges, ensuring usability, accessibility, and scalability. • Uphold high standards of craft and quality, ensuring designs are polished, functional, and aligned with Eventbrite’s design principles. • Communicate design rationale clearly and influence product direction. • Contribute to and evolve Eventbrite’s design system. • Iterate on designs based on user research, data, and feedback. • Support a culture of design excellence and mentor junior designers as you grow.

🎯 Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience designing for web and mobile platforms. • Strong execution across multiple design disciplines, such as interaction design, visual design, and prototyping. • Ability to design for complex workflows and interconnected product ecosystems. • Comfortable using research, usability testing, and analytics to inform design decisions. • Experience working with cross-functional teams such as PMs, engineers, and researchers. • Ability to articulate design decisions and align teams around a shared vision. • Strong attention to craft & quality, delivering polished, scalable, and accessible designs. • Proficiency in Figma and familiarity with prototyping tools like Framer or Principle. • Passion for learning, iteration, and continuous improvement.
