📋 Description

• Define and implement motion principles that enhance usability. • Create scalable animation patterns for UI transitions, microinteractions, and feedback states. • Prototype motion concepts using After Effects, Origami, Principle, Lottie, Rive, or Framer. • Partner with designers, engineers, and product teams to implement animations. • Define best practices for performance-efficient animations. • Advocate for accessible motion, ensuring animations support users with vestibular sensitivities. • Document motion principles in the design system for team adoption.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong motion design expertise with experience crafting UI animations for digital products using both easing curves and springs. • Proficiency in animation tools like After Effects, Origami, Principle, Lottie, Rive, or Framer. • Experience working with design systems, contributing to scalable motion patterns. • Experience working with React, React Native, SwiftUI, or Jetpack Compose to implement motion directly in code. • Understanding of web and mobile performance considerations for animations. • Knowledge of accessibility standards related to motion (e.g., prefers-reduced-motion). • Ability to prototype and iterate quickly, testing and refining motion concepts. • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to document and evangelize motion guidelines.
