• Drive product adoption and increase customer satisfaction • Be the first point of contact for customers needing help • Manage a pipeline of existing customer business • Build long-term relationships with 60+ accounts • Actively participate in team meetings, Slack discussions & 1:1s • Prospect for growth opportunities within your existing client base
🎯 Requirements
• 2 - 3 years experience in B2B Sales, Customer Success or Event Management (SaaS preferred) • Experience working with event technology • Track record of achieving and/or exceeding targets through upsell and growth • Unbeatable listening skills • Extensively worked within CRM such as HubSpot or Salesforce • Obtained a Bachelor's degree or equivalent
