Own the day-to-day performance and delivery of the legal operations team Lead efforts to streamline and scale operational processes, aligning them with the company’s performance goals Build and manage a high-performing team, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and excellence in execution Coach and develop junior managers into effective and active leaders, driving best practices throughout the org Build compensation structures and incentive plans to drive optimal performance Ensure adherence to quality standards in the delivery process Develop and implement systems to monitor performance and quality Design and execute strategies to improve operational efficiency, productivity, and financial outcomes Partner with leaders across departments to identify performance bottlenecks and drive improvements Establish and track key performance indicators using data-driven insights to drive continuous improvements

Requirements

6+ years of experience in an operational leadership position Demonstrated ability to hire and develop front-line workforce team members Proven experience in leading teams to achieve high levels of performance and efficiency. Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable performance strategies. Demonstrated success in developing and executing plans that improve operational metrics and drive business growth. Effective alignment of cross-functional teams to achieve shared performance goals. A track record of doing all of the above in a fluid and fast-paced work environment, dealing with complex subject matter
