📋 Description

• We are seeking a People & Culture Manager to provide fixed-term parental leave coverage for a period of 8 months. • This role will report and work in partnership with the Senior Director - P&C International. • Will closely collaborate with Senior Leaders, People Managers, and employees to provide daily support for regional India People & Culture requirements. • The key focus of this role will be to offer hands-on, day-to-day support. • The role will assist in resolving issues, supporting key initiatives, and facilitating effective communication across teams. • This position is crucial for the ongoing success of People-related matters, contributing to the strengthening of relationships with stakeholders and offering guidance as needed.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in a Senior People & Culture/ HR role, with a focus on partnerships, employee relations and organisational support. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across various levels of organisation. • A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to independently address and resolve issues while maintaining a high level of confidentiality and professionalism. • Solid understanding of Indian labour laws and regulations, with experience ensuring compliance with employment and benefits requirements while supporting organisational needs in a legally sound manner. • Experience with People Service Centers or knowledge of HR service delivery models is a plus.
