Data Migration Manager

• Lead Data Migration team • Help subscribers import and review data • Organize customer information using Microsoft Excel • Troubleshoot data inconsistencies with subscribers • Consult with subscribers to understand their business • Build trust with subscribers • Update best practices for data migration • Collaborate with other departments for subscriber success • Willingness to work extra hours to meet SLAs
Requirements
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines • Customer service/support experience • Use of Microsoft Excel to manage data • High attention to detail • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Experience working across departments • Ability to prioritize and organize tasks • The ability to implement software (preferred) • Experience migrating data between systems (preferred)
