• 5+ years marketing experience at a SaaS or relevant technology company. • Exceptional onboarding & adoption marketing campaign ideation and creation. • Experience with ‘self-service’ customer support models (desired). • Strong copywriting and communication experience. • Customer-centric mindset with a passion for building strong customer relationships. • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate strategy into actionable plans. • Excellent influencing and communication skills. • Hands-on experience with CRM, Email Automation and customer management tools. • Demonstrable experience in lead funnel management and leveraging customer lifecycle data to prioritise program activity. • Ability to demonstrate marginal gains through the optimisation of existing processes and campaigns.
