Description
• Responsible for developing, maintaining and supporting Everwell’s mobile apps. • Contribute to code reviews, offering constructive feedback. • Participate in tech meetings and present new functionalities. • Research and engage with applicable new technologies. • Development and maintenance of mobile applications including bug fixes.
Requirements
• 3+ years in mobile engineering or equivalent role in agile teams. • Experience with Swift, Kotlin or other mobile frameworks. • Advocate for agile methodologies and DevOps principles. • Knowledge of risk-reducing delivery techniques like feature flagging. • Strong collaboration and communication skills. • Proven track record in coaching and mentoring junior engineers. • Empathetic skills for providing constructive feedback. • Natural curiosity and problem-solving ability.
